Information We Share

QponDirect may decide to share your personal information with our trusted marketing partners who work with QponDirect under confidentiality agreements. Ownership of Information

Once you have submitted information and it is received in the QponDirect database, all submitted information, including your name, e-mail address, home address, phone number, financial and credit information becomes the property of QponDirect. This information may be passed as needed on to our fulfillment partners, marketing partners and affiliates for the execution of the coupon(s) or incentives, services or requests. Any information received by our partners is subject to their respective privacy policy on customer information. Our partners use this information to process your coupon(s) and to provide valuable services. If you choose to opt out on our website we will not and cannot provide your information to partners, thus being unable to complete your request. If you do not opt out on our website at the initial time of service request, any subsequent requests to opt out of future partner communications must be made directly to the Partner.

QponDirect places a very high value on the importance of security for our customers. When filling out any forms on our site that contain personal information, we use the latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to protect sensitive personal or financial information during data transmission. This allows your personal information to be submitted in a secure environment using the latest encryption technology while reaching the intended parties. An SSL-capable web browser is needed to support this encryption technology. Netscape Navigator 4.6 or higher or Microsoft's Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher will support SSL technology. To verify that you are on a secure web page in Netscape Navigator, right-click while your cursor is on the form (not the border) and select view Frame information in Netscape Navigator. To view security certificates in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the View menu in the browser and then the Content tab. In the Certificates area, click the Personal, Sites, and Publishers buttons to view the current certificates.

Minors Using This Site

This site is intended for the use of adults 18 and over. The forms on this site are capable of collecting online contact information from minors who furnish it without parental consent or notification. Upon discovery that minors may have supplied any such information, such information shall be disregarded and quickly deleted.
