Founded in December 2006, QponDirect was established to allow consumers and manufacturers the ability to produce, manage, distribute, redeem and fulfill coupons, rebates and customer loyalty incentives utilizing QponDirect's online marketplace and the consumer's wireless mobile devices. The ability for the consumer to manage and redeem mobile-delivered, barcode-encrypted coupons at various retail outlets is unique and integral to our proprietary business solution.

QponDirect makes it simple for manufacturers and retailers to effectively drive sales. We do this by making it easy for consumers to take advantage of coupons and incentive offers delivered to them via QponDirect. This unique, friendly and easy solution incorporates the most common "on-the-go" device consumers have on their person - their cellphone.

Using the QponDirect coupon delivery system, manufacturer and retailer offers are always accessible to the consumer when they are ready to make their purchase. This drives excellent customer loyalty and builds strong brand awareness and repeat purchases. And in turn, QponDirect helps manufacturers understand more clearly how consumers use their coupons and incentive offers. We provide intuitive tools and online business processes that help manufacturers and retailers manage, target and evaluate these offers in "real-time", to greatly enhance the use and redemption rates of their program(s).

QponDirect utilizes proprietary technology and business solutions to enable these services. These include, in part, advanced ASP-hosted application solutions including advanced data storage, management and distribution technology to ensure a seamless distribution of our services both to the manufacturer, retailer and consumer. An advanced search capability and the use of predictive modeling algorithms allow us to deliver coupons and incentives that are "timed" to the predicted needs of the consumer. We are pioneering research and technology solutions which allows current barcode scanners to "read" barcodes which are displayed on cellphone screens. And we are actively working to integrate the QponDirect coupon service with the leaders in the coupon clearinghouse and fulfillment industry. This integration will ultimately allow for complete back-end integration including fraud management and payment processing.
